Sennelier Cobalt Sikkativ is a highly concentrated medium that effectively shortens the drying time of oil paints. Use it in small amounts, maximum 0.5%, too much can cause the opposite effect. When used carefully, it results in a well-balanced drying and does not affect gloss.
