How to shop with us

To make a purchase from us, please follow these steps:

1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your basket, then proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your personal details.
3. Choose your shipping/payment method.
4. Accept our terms and conditions.
5. Check that all information is correct on the collection page and approve the purchase

How to pay?

Once all items are in the basket, press "checkout" to enter address information. Then press the "continue" button and the next screen will appear where you can choose your payment method.

How much does the shipment cost?

All parcels are sent by GLS. You always pay a fixed price for shipping when you shop with us. Volume goods are goods that the freight freightcompany GLS cannot handle either because of the size or weight of a single item, and will be sent by UPS or whichever freightcompany has the cheapest and fastest price for the delivery.. If you order many items that will exceed the limits in one shipment, these are simply packed into several shipments so that they are sent as normal and not as volume items. Stelling will pay the extra freight costs.

Volume goods include canvas rolls, blind frames over 2 metres, stretched canvases of 120x150cm and upwards, and Mabef M02 and M04 easels.


How long is the delivery time?

We always aim for fast delivery within 1-3 working days. The vast majority of orders are typically dispatched the same day or the day after the order is placed. In some cases, an item may be out of stock by mistake and we will collect it from one of our stores.

If you need the item for a specific date, you can fill in the "comments" field. We will make every effort to have the item with you in a timely manner. We stock most items that can be seen on our website. However, for orders of larger numbers of large canvases, larger numbers of blind frames or blind frames with special dimensions, the delivery time is 8-10 working days, as these are ordered directly from the manufacturer, who will send them directly to your home.

However, some items may be out of stock and there may be an extra delivery time. In this case we will contact you. Orders paid for by bank transfer will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. Should there be any other delays, we will of course inform you by email or phone. We reserve the right to printing errors, typographical errors and errors on the website. Stelling cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS. NOTE: Up to Christmas there may be delays, therefore we recommend that you order before our deadline to be sure to receive the packages in time.

I just ordered something but forgot something. What do I do?

Just place a new order and we'll deduct the shipping manually, so you only pay shipping once. Of course, this can only be done if your first order has not been shipped yet. Write in the comment field that you want the new order sent together with your old order and insert your old order number.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and other charges. All prices are daily prices.

When you shop at Stellings.com, you make agreements in English.

The amount will be reserved on your account, but only withdrawn from your card when we ship the goods. You can never withdraw more from your card than you authorised at the time of purchase.

Do I have a right of withdrawal?

Yes, of course! You have 14 days to cancel your purchase, starting from the day you receive the package or pick it up at the parcel shop. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received so that it can be resold and you pay the postage yourself. If the goods are damaged on receipt or if the wrong goods have been sent by mistake, Stelling will take care of this and send new correct goods and a return label for the wrong goods, all with postage paid by Stelling.

You are liable for any depreciation in value if you test the item differently than what is normally allowed in a shop. The seller bears the burden of proving whether the returned item has suffered a loss in value. Goods purchased in our webshop can be returned in the shops, but the money will be given not returned in the shops - the money is refunded based on your order, so the money is returned to the bank account that paid for the order.

For Christmas gifts we have an extended right of withdrawal blank every year. 31 January.
