Golden Color pouring medium is perfect for those who want to try the technique of pouring acrylic, where you mix acrylic paint with a pouring medium.
You can mix Color Pouring Medium from Golden with either Heavy body, Fluid, or High flow acrylic paints and achieve a nearly opaque and fluid appearance. The matte version of color pouring medium gives a more muted finish in your color pours (pouring technique) The colors stay separate and do not flow into each other when poured wet on wet. Mix 10 parts color pouring medium with 1 part acrylic paint. Leave the mixture in a closed container overnight to avoid air bubbles, and pour close to the canvas, again to avoid air bubbles.
The painting should dry 2-3 days before it should be moved.
