"Strokes" is a solid introduction to watercolor for adults where in one day you build familiarity with material, technique and expression. The course is focused on experimenting and making you comfortable with watercolor. The aim is to inspire you to explore the expressive universe of watercolor. The approach will be simple and easy, so everyone can join in.
We combine classic painting techniques with free art to create an engaging and educational experience.

Course content:

Full dayIntroduction and basic watercolor techniques.
Through games and experiments, we discover how to paint with watercolor.

We start simply by getting to know the material. Control and handling of the brush.

Painting: Playing with water and colors. See what a few colors can do and how water and colors mix. Focus is on washes, layering, wet on wet and working with paper.

Practical information:

Materials: All necessary materials will be provided.

Catering: Coffee and tea during breaks. Please bring a packed lunch for the lunch break.

Level: Beginner and intermediate painter

Age: The course is for adults from 18+ years.

Language: The course is held in Danish and English.

Participants: Maximum 10 participants per class. -

Time: A full day course takes place from 9.15 - 15.15
